We look for a very specific profile of person to join our team, most importantly we look for individuals displaying the following attributes:

We look for individuals with a strong academic record of achievement. We only consider top achieving MBA graduates from respected business schools. Only MBA graduates with a minimum 70% aggregate can join our team at senior consultant levels. At Consultant and Analyst levels we generally prefer individuals with at least an Honours degree (also with a minimum aggregate of 70%).
